The networks listed knowingly provide service to spam gangs and ignore reports from anti-spam systems and internet users. Phishing volume dropped nearly 40 percent, as a handful of brands endured drastically fewer phishing attacks. The number of brands targeted last month remained virtually identical to the previous month's list, once again reflecting phishers' inclination to repeatedly attack the same few brands.
