The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) announced that a phish-ing attack resulted in 75,000 member records consisting of names, member IDs and email addresses being given to an unknown party. APEGA temporarily closed its Member Self-Service Centre, and worked to secure its processes so a similar incident does not occur again.
