Five articles are featured in this issue. They address the employee voice and how to use it effectively, gender equity issues as they apply to Generation Y, employee turnover and talent retention, supply chain integration, and influences on global manufacturers.rnLandau, in the first article, addresses the important topic of retaining the best employees in association with obtaining employee input, acting on it, and training both the employee and supervisor to communicate more effectively. The findings and suggestions are based on a study of business students at a local state college in the Northeast and their acquaintances.
