Cloninger and Selvarajan, in the first article, address ethics education and its impact on ethical judgment. They found that"... education can help eliminate bias and improve ethical judgments, but cannot entirely overcome organizational influences.. . ." In the second article, L. Phillips and M. Phillips stress that volunteers are one of the most valuable resources for not-for-profit organizations. Unfortunately, today's environment is characterized by declining contributions and volunteer hours. The article provides helpful suggestions for attracting and retaining volunteers.
