This issue features five articles dealing with change, implementing sustainability, organizational growth, shareholder wealth, and knowledge characteristics as related to performance. In the first article, Buono and Kerber discuss change and its different dimensions. After explaining the concepts of change readiness, change capacity, and change implementation, they discuss how change implementation could be accomplished using one of three different approaches: directed change, planned change, and guided change. The article presents interesting and useful insights that should help managers implement change successfully.
