摘要

Tackling and addressing social and ecological concerns cannot exclusively rest with governments and private organizations, but ought to be a duty of the business community. The rapidly changing environment is highlighting the role of NGOs and the nature of their activities, practices, and relations. Employee satisfaction and development are looked at as keys to aggregating productivity, increasing high-quality performance, and retaining personnel. The operating responsibility for these crucial labor aspects is found within human resource practices, and which among NGOs and private sector organizations. This study found that private sector employees are more satisfied in a number of areas than their NGO counterparts, and that the level of retention is higher in private companies.
