A North Korean crew member has been found dead after a fire broke out on a bulk carrier close to Qingdao, China's Shandong Maritime Safety Administration (MSA) said. On the evening of 24 February, a total of 15 crew members on board the vessel were rescued after its engine room caught fire, while another was trapped.
