摘要

The influence of the graphite content in silver—graphite composites on the brush wear and the commutator characteristics of precision low-power electrical machines with normalized and low starting voltage is investigated. The influence of the size of the mineral-impurity particles in natural graphite on the wear of palladium—nickel galvanized commutator and the triggering voltage of the low-power machine is discussed. Finally, the influence of modernization of graphite preparation on the durability of the galvanic coatings and the working life of electrical machines is considered.
