摘要

Thermovision monitoring of electrical contact joints is used to forecast their residual lifetime. The temperature of the hottest spot of the contact joint is accepted as the resource parameter. The forecasting of the contact residual lifetime is based on a statistical analysis of the thermovision monitoring data, which is considered as a time series. The possibilities of a proper software tool for forecasting residual lifetime are briefly described.
