HAI member, Upper Limit Aviation (ULA) is primarily a helicopter flight school, providing high altitude flight training for tomorrow's pilots. The school offers a unique opportunity for students to learn to fly in high altitude and mountain environments as well as operating in a busy Class Bravo airspace. Not a one dimensional company, ULA has expanded into the commercial sector, and also provides maintenance service. Located in Salt Lake City, Utah, in the beautiful Salt Lake Valley, ULA is surrounded by the Wasatch Mountains on the East and the Oquirrh Mountains on the West. The company proudly states that it is the only FAA Part 141 approved flight school in Utah to offer Veterans Administration approved programs for helicopter training for students who qualify for education benefits under the GI Bill.
