Adept Technology Inc announced a new strategic partnership with MMI Systems Pte Ltd. MMI is one of the premier systems integration and capital equipment contract manufacturing companies in Asia. The partnership with MMI expands Adept's regional presence and increases Adept's ability to deliver and support robotic automation solutions in Southeast Asia. The partnership has yielded immediate benefits, with an initial order from MMI for 22 Adept Cobra s600 vision-guided robots. The order is the first part of a multiphase program that could yield several additional lines over the next two years.
