According to the authors of recent research from Shanghai, People's Republic of China, "In this paper, nadaptive fuzzy control is investigated for nonlinear teleoperators with time delays, which ensures nsynchronization of positions and velocities of the master and slave manipulators and does not rely on the nuse of the scattering transformation. Compared with the previous passivity framework, the ncommunication delays are assumed to be stochastic time varying."
