According to a study from Coimbra, Portugal, "The present work aims to analyze the feasibility of ndifferent analytical measurement procedures for Madeira wine aging prediction. In order to properly nidentify and quantify the chemical compounds qualified for characterizing wine evolution during the aging nperiod, chromatographic and spectroscopic analyses were carried out."
