Data on Genomics Detailed by Researchers at Inner Mongolia University

摘要

Fresh data on Genomics are presented in the report 'Identification of TATA and TATA-less promoters in nplant genomes by integrating diversity measure, GC-Skew and DNA geometric flexibility.' According to a nstudy from Hohhot, People's Republic of China, "Accurate identification of core promoters is important for ngaining more insight about the understanding of the eukaryotic transcription regulation. In this study, the nauthors focused on the biologically realistic promoter prediction of plant genomes."
