According to the authors of recent research published in the Journal of Urology, "Abdominal nsacrocolpopexy is considered a standard of care operation for apical vaginal vault prolapse repair. Using noutcomes at our center we evaluated whether the robotic approach to sacrocolpopexy is as cost-effective nas the open approach."
