Comments continue to roll in on electronics recycling legislation recently introduced into Congress, with several companies and organizations weighing in. Following the introduction of HR 2284, which would prohibit the export of non-functional or shredded electronic scrap to developing countries, the Basel Action Network, Electronics TakeBack Coalition and other groups were quick to voice their support.
