The invention provides an optionally sealed plug interface within a drilled passage with cross drilled geometry. The invention consists of hollow plug 1 and threaded actuator pin 2. The hollow plug has hollow tube 4 which is capped with an expandable bellows 5, is installed with fastener head 3 and is retained with threaded interface 6 to a mating component. Features 4, 6, 3 and 7 are composed of rigid material and feature 5 is composed of elastic material. The rigid actuator pin consists of actuating probe 8 affixed to fastener head 10 and threaded portion 9. Upon installation the threaded actuator 2 displaces the material of expandable bellows 5 from state A outwards to seal against the hydraulic passage with probe 8. Probe 2 is retained into plug 1 by threaded interface between 7 and 9. Deformed state B provides a fluid seal in the passage which can be returned to state A by removing 2 from 1.
