CONNECTION SOLUTION FOR DIFFERENTIAL ALM SOLUTIONS

Additive layer manufactured (ALM) printed parts have as integral solution obvious benefits but as well a few some disadvantages: Big parts tend to be expensive, inner elements like channels in e.g. a manifold are difficult to access, reparability is almost not possible. Differential Solutions for ALM are almost not developed; in addition the connection has to be developed. Pipe systems for air condition systems are usually good ALM candidates as they have low quantity and they are complex in geom etry. As integral solution they are too expansive but as differential they are interesting candidates. Within this idea a connection solution for differential solution is provided.
