Speaking at the Renew EV Expo in March 2019, Australia Post's improvement manager Michael Thadani explained that the volume of letters delivered in Australia has drastically reduced. "It is no real shock that letters are going down. To put it in perspective, we have seen letter volumes drop by close to three billion articles since 2008/9 when they were at their peak."
