Towards Real World Applications: Interval-Related Talks at NAFIPS'05

On June 22-25, 2005, the 24th Annual Conference of the North American Fuzzy Information Processing Society NAFIPS'05 was held in Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA. The main emphasis of this conference was on real world applications of soft computing. In line with this emphasis, the conference was sponsored not only by IEEE and the universities, but also by industrial sponsors, the largest of which was the Ford Motor Company.
