Special issue of selected papers presented at ICQR2005

摘要

This special issue contains the selected papers presented at the Fourth International Conference on Quality and Reliability. This conference was earlier held in Hong Kong (twice) and Australia. The fourth ICQR Conference was held in Beijing, China in August 2005 and hosted by School of Management and Economics, Beijing Institute of Technology. Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, National University of Singapore are co-organizers of the conference.
