This book was written by a senior lecturer in health science with a great deal of input from nurses. It is organized by drug type and presented in an easy to use reference format. A detailed introduction by the author gives a broad overview of what the text covers and provides definitions of therapeutics, adverse events, adverse drug reaction (ADR), classification types of ADR and drugs in pregnancy and childbirth.
