Librarians dealing with people seeking a "good read" will be familiar with Who Else Writes Like... ? last reviewed in these columns four years ago (RR 2009/169). Seven editions in nineteen years is testimony to the inspiration and industry of the previous editors, Roy and Jeanne Huse. The work is a reference icon and should, perhaps, be known as "Huse"! This revised edition has a new editor in Ian Baillie, a newly retired librarian who has been associated with the title from the first edition of 1993. The editors have always had a team of advisors to help read a representative sample of works from all the thousands of authors featured over the years.
