The publisher provided Food Allergy: Adverse Reactions to Foods and Food Additives for review electronically through "BookShout! Web Reader" in lieu of sending a print copy; however, it is unclear if libraries purchasing the book could get it through Book Shout, although there seems to be no reason why individuals could not purchase it through Book Shout. Anyone can, of course, purchase a print copy. This title is also available electronically through Wiley Online Library. This reviewer much preferred the Wiley Online Library interface and chose to look at both interfaces for the purposes of the review.
