This model is another marker, a reminder as to how far ready-to-fly (RTF) models have come in the last few years. Cast your mind back and think about how this Albatros would have appeared not so long ago. You'd have been treated to a brittle stamped-foam body, a weedy brushed motor, 6 - 7 NiCD cells, and a model that stood on its tail until you'd managed to establish that the centre of gravity, as stated in the instructions, wasn't quite right and that no one had realised it might be a good idea to test fly the thing before it went on sale.
