This is a nice small flying wing that should be within the reach of any flier with intermediate to advanced flying skills. The building skills necessary to assemble the kit should be well within the reach of a beginner, but the Hyper Wing is probably not a good choice for someone who is at the beginner flying stage, because (1) it requires some attention in flight and can be a little sensitive to tip-stalling at slow speeds, and (2) the launching technique requires some experience in order to stay away from the pusher propeller. For someone with a few airplanes under his/her belt, it should provide many hours of relatively inexpensive flying fun. For sure, it represents a good value, especially considering the included equipment in the deluxe version.
