Heide looks back on year as president

As director business operations for the Northeast Corridor at Amtrak, Walt Heide is responsible for budget and workforce management. This past year he added AREMA president to his list of responsibilities. RT&S caught up with Heide and he tells us what his views of the past year are and what he would like to see in the future.
