Revised Manchester timetable due in December 2022

A new timetable in December 2022 for trains around Manchester and out to other northern destinations should improve punctuality and reduce congestion through Castlefield, according to the Department for Transport. Rail North Chairman Liam Robinson described the new timetable as a compromise before more infrastructure is built to support extra services.
