High Speed 2 Ltd says it is the only company in the UK to have achieved a gold standard rating in all four categories of the Clear Assured best practice benchmark, which evaluates inclusive recruitment. Its latest performance data shows that 21.5% of staff in its supply chain are female (against a sector average of 12.5%) and that 17.7% are from black, Asian and minority ethnic communities (against the GMB union's reported figure of 5.4% working in the sector).
