McMahon urges support for UK production line

NEW fleets for the UK rail network should be built in this country, to help boost the economy and create jobs. So says new Shadow Transport Secretary Jim McMahon, who also wants major projects such as High Speed 2 to continue, as well as Government backing for devolved agencies such as Transport for London and Transport for Greater Manchester, beyond the level of support required to run a basic service.
