Governance accord reached

Following the two workshops with Members held by Network Rail Chairman Rick Haythornthwaite in September (RB1351 p8), the Members' Review Group issued its concluding report on October 21. This included the group's views on four outstanding recommendations which had been deferred pending the workshops, but are now to be put to a ballot of Members before new appointees take up their posts on November 26 (RB1352 p8).
