NR refreshes legal panel

Former Network Rail Chief Executive Sir John Armitt is to join the board of National Express Group pie as a non-executive Director on January 1 2013 before taking up the post of Chairman on February 1. He succeeds John Devaney who is retiring to focus on other business commitments (RB1419 p10). David Prout is to join DfT early in 2013 to take up the new post of Director General responsible for the delivery of HS2 (p2). He is currently a Director General at the Department of Communities ft Local Government.
