At its meeting on March 13, the TfL Finance Committee approved the selection of Triangle London Developments as preferred bidder to develop a 1.6 ha site in Kid-brooke, southeast London. This is the first development under TfL's Property Partnerships Framework, to which the Triangle consortium of Notting Hill Housing Group and U+1 was appointed last year (RBI503 p5).
