RSSB funding targets customer experience

With funding worth £4m, RSSB's Train Operator Competition 2016 is designed to encourage greater collaboration between operators and suppliers to develop practical ways of improving performance, reliability and safety while enhancing the customer experience. The funding is subject to contractual agreements being signed for the successful schemes.
