Three on East Midlands shortlist

On March 1 DfT announced the shortlisted bidders for the replacement East Midlands franchise. All three are established UK franchise operators, with incumbent Stagecoach competing against Arriva and FirstGroup in joint venture with Italian state operator Trenitalia.
