Exeter depot moves forward

On February 24 Network Rail submitted an application seeking planning consent to build a new rolling stock maintenance depot in Exeter. NR has made the application on behalf of Great Western Railway, which says once planning consent is granted, construction should start in spring 2018 for completion in mid-2019.
