Yousaf warns on grant cuts

Scottish Transport Minister Humza Yousaf has expressed concern that proposals by DfT to remove Modal Shift Revenue Support grants from three of the six cross-border freight flows between England and Scotland from April this year could have a significant impact on traffic.
