The paper presents simulation results for nonstationary processes of nonequilibrium charge carrier exclusion and accumulation in germanium structures of different configurations (parallelepiped, hollow cylinder, and sphere). The profiles of carrier concentration and the electric field intensities are calculated, and some features of transient processes before establishment of steady-state conditions are investigated.
