ANALYSIS AND MODELING OF NONSTATIONARY PROCESSES OF EXCLUSION AND ACCUMULATION OF NONEQUILIBRIUM CHARGE CARRIERS IN STRUCTURES BASED ON p-Ge

The paper presents simulation results for nonstationary processes of nonequilibrium charge carrier exclusion and accumulation in germanium structures of different configurations (parallelepiped, hollow cylinder, and sphere). The profiles of carrier concentration and the electric field intensities are calculated, and some features of transient processes before establishment of steady-state conditions are investigated.
