摘要

The authors suggest an adaptive algorithm for recognition of signals reflected from slowly and rapidly fluctuating targets, and from those with Doppler scattering, when the signals are received against a noise-and-interference background. Versions of the algorithm in the frequency and time domains are presented. The emphasis is placed on investigating the simpler algorithm, which is fully realized in the frequency domain. It is shown that mixed algorithms are also possible, when adaptation to interference is conducted in the frequency domain while the matched filtering ― in the time domain, and vice versa.
