摘要

A technique for the compensation of the third order intermodulation components in the "low-noise amplifier-double balanced diode mixer" circuit has been considered. This technique is based on the optimization of the LN A transfer ratio and the power of mixer heterodyne. The proposed technique makes it possible to obtain the gain in terms of intermodulation of about 26—31 dB.
