摘要

A new approach of quantitative analysis of images of the single photon emission computer tomography (SPECT) of brain aimed at determining the degree of mild cognitive impairment has been developed. The analysis is based on evaluation of the average gradient of radioactivity distribution over the transverse section of brain along the set direction, and also on the analysis of signal Fourier-spectra. The presented data indicate a possible emergence of the assembly-type catastrophe for brain perfusion depending on the level of cognitive disorders.
