摘要

The effects of proton exposure (100 keV, 5×1014-1×1016 cm−2) on the reflective spectra within the wavelength ranged from 250 to 2500 nm of the zinc oxide pigments modified by Al2O3 and Al2O3·CeO 2 nanopowders were investigated. It has been established that the introduction of nanopowders can enhance the optical stability of the pigments under proton irradiation due to the decrease in vacancies concentration of zinc and oxygen (V, V, V) and interstitial oxygen (O).
