The publishers of the North American and International Radio Amateur Callbooks have announced that printed copies of the publications will no be longer be available; from now on the call books will be available in CD-ROM form only. The dxcc desk announced on 3 March that the number of unprocessed applications at the end of February was 191 (23,172 QSLs). They had received 252 applications (24,436 QSLs) for endorsements and new awards daring the month. Applications being sent out at the end of February were received less than a month earlier. A few applications received prior to that time were in the process of being audited, and so had not yet been completed.
