There is a new QSL Sub Manager for the G4I series and for the new abbreviated contest callsigns. He is Ian Fugler, G4IIY, and his address is 9 Westo ver Road, Fleet, Hants GU13 9DG. For some weeks I dithered over the latter appointment and I make no apology for my indecision. Each time I appoint a new Sub Manager it adds to the cost of the QSL service and I am conscious that I am spending members' money. I wasn't sure whether existing Sub Managers could absorb the cards generated by these types of call. However, research into the subject suggests that a dedicated Sub Manager is the best approach - time will tell.
