The Royal Mail's new Pricing in Proportion (PiP) scheme begins on 21 August 2006. Here, we examine what the implications are for UK radio amateurs, and what you will be expected to do to help your QSL submanager. The current system allows for a number of QSL cards up to a total weight of 60g to be delivered to you for the price of a single 1st or 2nd class stamp. PiP however stipulates not only weight but now also size limits.
