Instant recharge. Imagine being able to recharge a torch, your mobile phone, camera, MP3 player, GPS or any other handheld device in an instant. Imagine too being able to do this where there's absolutely no electrical power to plug into. Such is the world of the fuel cell, although traditionally they have been too large to consider as power sources for handheld devices. Now there are at least two companies who have miniaturised fuel cells to the degree that they can be seriously considered for such use.
