The position after the sale of Lambda House and net of re-location expenses is a surplus of ￡594,509 comparing to a deficit of ￡38,006 in the previous year.rnOperationally, the result is pleasing because the main income streams have remained on a par with the previous year despite the disruption that was to be expected with a major move.
