Professor Paul Brown gave a most interesting presentation on Power Line's Progress, covering the history of PLC (by NORWB some 20 years ago) and developments so far, including all the political aspects involved with this subject. During the talk, the question of broadband 'interference' was covered in great detail, but the audience were told that 'Standards' have yet to be resolved regarding the 'noise level'.
