The third Bath Buildathon took place just before Christmas with a mixture of Full licence holders and Intermediate students. Martin, MOHKG, travelled all the way from Essex and others travelled in from Wiltshire, Berkshire and Somerset. The Bath Buildathon Crew, Mike, G3VTO, Lewis, G4YTN and Steve, GOFUW, were there to provide guidance and assistance with the testing of the various stages. The main project, once again, was the Walford Brendon 80m double sideband QRP transceiver. Gerald, G4CLD, worked on an 80m CW QRP transceiver, the Brue, also from Walford Electronics, and Tony, now 2E0JWF, put together a Sudden receiver kit, as used at the Buildathon events at the G-QRP Club Rishworth Convention and the QRP ARCI Four Days In May.
