In a somewhat surprising turn of events, employee confidence in U.S. industries that run on diesel is increasing along with those that run on data. According to a recent report by Linkedln's Workforce Confidence Industry, those working in the machinery sector are most confident about their employer's outlook. On a scale from +100 (most optimistic) to -100 (least optimistic), the industry ranked at +61, which is quite a bit higher than the median confidence gauge of +43. The poll assessed more than 30,000 Linkedln users' confidence in their employer's six-month outlook across 50 industries.
